Our education programs are designed to deliver superior learning outcomes
Formal & Informal Education
In our quest to spread literacy far and wide both structures of education are incorporated. Formal education through our structured age-wise educational setups in the less privileged urban, rural, politically instable areas and informally in camps and tents for internally displaced persons or earth quake/flood affected areas
Academic Development
Academic excellence is achieved by crafting a unified syllabus for schools all over Pakistan. Each year curriculum is reviewed and planned on basis of extensive research by R&D Department and feedback received from schools
Training & Capacity building
Regular Training of Trainer workshops are held at SEW head office and efforts are made that they be available for our staff far and wide through internet. Subject wise training sessions are held
Vocational Training
Students of class 4 onwards are encouraged to learn skills offered through our vocational centers; basic course being “Sewing and stitching”. The courses are also offered to women in the community, which renders them capable of being an earning member of their household and through them we are able to provide school uniforms to our students

FRIENDS WITH BOOKS
Inculcation of reading habits in students,is SEW’S top priority. In order to achieve this objective libraries are being set up as priority project in nearly all of our schools. In this session we teamed up with GoRead.pk and held story telling sessions for our students. Also 16 computer labs have also been successfully established to equip the children in their I.T skills
COLLABORATED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
We aim to connect children of privileged back ground with our students so that there is learning at both ends. This program features visit to Baithak schools by children from participating educational institution. Through this an exchange of hard and soft skills is achieved from learning in formal classrooms to informal activities like arts and crafts and various sports. Students and faculty from Foundation Public School, IBA and Credo school have recently been part of our CCDP
HEALTH & HYGIENE
Health and hygiene are challenges at surrounding of Baithak Schools. Awareness about diseases, preventive measures and medical checkups are built in school activities. Health & Hygiene Programs are specially held for mothers on monthly basis, so that the good habits we are trying our students to inculcate in themselves are reinforced in their homes. These sessions include health and hygiene programs, basic manners, etc
